The Art of Maintenance team got our old pickup back on the road after someone destroyed the ignition trying to steal it. They also did an oil change, tuneup and took care of some deferred maintenance issues. Bought a used car with a long service history at this shop, so I gave them a try.
I’ve read some reviews here, and yes, these folks are busy. The three times I’ve been in (oil changes, routine maintenance) they’ve been honest, fair, and seemingly a little hurried.
Most recently after a serpentine belt replacement, I could tell it needed adjusting as it was making some noise (not a good sign). Man on phone tried to push me to the following week, but I pushed back. He heard me and got me in that day. It was a quick fix, they did it with a smile and of course, no charge.
I trust their mechanics and their service managers. Clean waiting area with wifi, restroom, tv and free cans of soda.
I’ve been taking my cars here for years and have been happy with the professionalism of the staff and quality of service.
