I spoke to Kevin and he understood my situation. I was able to arrange for my vehicle to be taken to their shop where they quickly found the issue. Kevin called me back and gave the run down of the problem and the price of the repairs. The charges were reasonable and the repairs were done quickly and professionally. As a person who has over 35 years of customer service experience I can tell the difference between good and bad service. They delivered great service and was able to get the job done and me back on the road in the time they promised. I would use their again and recommend them as well.

The team at Art of Maintenance is fantastic. They treated my car as if it was their own. One shop told me I needed new brakes and I brought to Art of Maintenance for second quote and they said I was good for a while longer on brakes even though it meant loss of business for them. They will be my new auto shop moving forward!
I have been using this shop for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But last week I had an experience that amazed me. I had an issue with my car, brought it in, the guys did multiple checks and didn’t see anything wrong with it. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me I could come get it. Then a few days later I had another issue, they told me to bring it in right away and looked directly at it. It ended up there was a problem, they said it should be covered under warranty and advised me to call the dealer first. They made me feel super welcome, gave me specific tips and advice on how to speak with the dealer, and even arranged a tow truck to pick my car up. They didn’t charge anything for the time it took in helping me with all this and it really made me feel that they were looking out in my best interest as opposed to making money. It has reinforced once again my trust and commitment to always using this shop!
