I had to end up having a lot of work done on my car. They were very good at explaining everything and even showing me old parts they replaced to explain!

I was downtown last weekend when my car suddenly started having problems. I was at a shop on NW 23rd and the car struggled to start. I finally got it started however it still sounded very strange. I puled out of the parking lot and started driving to find a local auto shop. Suddenly my car temp went to extreme hot in seconds. I knew there was an immediate problem. We got to the auto shop to find they were closed on weekends. Fortunately my friend with my had AAA and had my car towed to Art of Maintenance. They are AAA Certified and boy am I glad that first shop was closed.

Dan’s team quickly diagnosed my problem. The radiator fan was not reconnected after the starter was changed at another mechanic shop (to remain nameless) less than a month ago. Plugged it back in and I was good to go back to the Starlight Parade Festivities.

I have found my future mechanic!

You better believe I went to the nameless mechanic shop to get reimbursed for the diagnostic cost and will be visiting Art of Maintenance this weekend to give them all of my needed repair business.

This has been the go-to service shop for myself and my parents for almost a decade. They do top-quality work and make you feel welcome. They’ve even done work pro-bono that was covered under our Honda warranty so we didn’t have to drive the extra distance to get it serviced by our manufacturer. All in all, can’t think of a way for their service to be better while still being fair to their business. Great guys!

My most recent visit was just as good as in the past. They are great at communication and the service was thorough and quick!!

When we arrived at Art of Maintenance (after waiting for 2 hours for our AAA tow truck) it was just a few minutes before they closed. Thankfully they were really friendly and helped us right away. Our car was ready to pick up the next day, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service!

I found this place googling around after the soonest appointment I could make at the Ford dealer I’d have gone to had it’s EARLIEST appointment 15 days from when I called. The Art of Maintenance for me in the next morning after a late afternoon call. The car diagnosis was made in a couple of hours post drop off, and, but for a part needing to be brought in the next day, it’d have been done that day. As it was, brought it back the next morning, and the car was done by noon.

The price seemed reasonable to me comparative to any other maintenance I’ve had done over the years, and the staff seemed totally transparent about the issues and the costs, starting by attempting the least expensive fixes first (which worked! phew!). More importantly, they were just friendly and welcoming to this boy who knows nothing about cars.

Will def use them again; although I sure hope to not have to 🙂 (come on, car, get to 300k miles and past this chip shortage BS!!!)

This shop is pretty dang amazing. They definitely went above and beyond with following through with my repair needs. Engine mounts are so finicky, especially aftermarket ones. Long story short my Element is back and ready for camping in the wilderness. The E drives smooth as the day I bought it. Thank you guys for your determination to resolve anything that comes your way!

I experienced excellent service, I got my alternator fixed and now my cars running good. If I ever need repairs I’m coming back here.

This place is absolutely amazing! I won’t be going anywhere else. I called the same day for help installing my front license plate bracket and they told me exactly what to do and let me come in asap. They were so kind and welcoming along with having an air conditioned waiting room with beverages. While I was there I went ahead and made a future appointment to fix a separate problem with my car. I could not recommend them more!

I have been put through hell when I comes to mechanics working on my vehicles, but not at Art of Maintenance. They got my vehicle in and tested the issues quickly, did the work right and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Every question I had they answered and made me feel like my car was in good hands. Now having my car back all of the issues have been fixed, and I have peace of mind. Car maintenance is not cheap but at least when you go to Art of Maintenance they make sure you get the best customer service with efficient and accurate work.

Excellent service, if I have more problems this is where I’d go.

I can’t say enough amazing things about these guys! I have brought my old s10 pickup to numerous places over the years and this is the ONLY place I will ever go to from here on out. Not only are James, Kevin and the entire team genuinely friendly and professional, they have fixed numerous issues that no one else had been able to diagnose. Not only that but they installed mud flaps and an old bulb for free since it only took them 20 mins, I mean what other shop cares about loyalty this much? Art of Maintenance is by far the best in town. Won’t go anywhere else!
