My experience with Art of Maintenance was one of the best I’ve ever had in working with a mechanic! Kevin was honest, straight forward and got my car in and out for a great price and GREAT work. I’ve been taking my Honda CRV to this place for the past couple years. Before that I would take it to the dealer, but got fed up when the dealer could not diagnose a starter issue (it was a tricky problem but Art of Maintenance was able to figure it out). Art of Maintenance has top notch mechanics. They are very customer service oriented, easy to talk to, and I feel have always given me good information, and taken good care of my car. I have called around on some of the bigger repairs to compare prices and they are always competitive. I’m super happy with this car repair place. I would recommend it to anyone.

I took my 2012 MAZDA MX-5 Touring to get a baseline of what might be needed since it was a relatively newer purchase for me. While I was sticker shocked at first, looking over the estimate it made sense, and I didn’t feel any pressure with the decision making. I am completely satisfied with the customer service from the front of the house AND the back of the house, having met Mike, the mechanic who actually worked on my car – it was great!

We got a flat and they put the spare on for no cost. They told us that they were unable to source the tire we needed same day and that it would be cheaper to go to CostCo! They were so sweet and helpful. Very trustworthy.

Amazing staff and no-nonsense hospitality. They take care of you and the vehicle, and tell it to you straight.

They go above and beyond by providing you with a full detailed report sent to your phone. The report shows the urgency for each needed repair.

Kevin and his crew did an analysis of engine troubles that had led to an engine that was totally burned out. Though it was a surprising shock to hear that diagnosis, Kevin assisted us in locating a warranty extension that had been issued to the car. Without his help and research, we would not have been able to seek out and confirm that the car was covered under these conditions and that the manufacturer will replace the engine for no out-of-pocket cost to us. That is the kind of help that goes beyond the scope of regular work with customers. I would heartily recommend Kevin and this shop in regards to quality of work, pleasant experience, and above and beyond service.
