They had my car done in a day. They were professional and even helped me finance the repairs when I didn’t have enough funds to cover all the costs. I will be using Art of Maintenance for any future repairs and preventative maintenance. Kevin was professional and kind.

3/24/22 update: Thermostat replacement. Quoted over $900. Quote included replacing everything associated with thermostat like housing, sensor, ect. because I didn’t want to pay the $160 diagnostic to find out exactly what part wasn’t working. Did feel taken advantage of and did not leave my vehicle for the repair.

These folks are the most professional, fair, and genuine mechanics in Portland. Would not trust my truck with anyone else.

This is my second time having them help me with my car as a single mom its super scary when your car brakes down and you have no clue what’s wrong I’ve been ripped off before , this shop and the guys working here are amazing , Kevin has excellent customer service always greats with a smile cares about getting your car fixed and running safely , as well as the gentleman working on my car I be live his name is Carl , I will never take my car anywhere else and will always recommend them to my friends and family as a awesome place to take your car for any work thank you guys very much

This shop was able to accept my car early when I had a emergency coolant leak. The repairs were done in a day with regular maintenance and a window issue to boot. I recommend this professional and friendly shop.

So I bought an old van (1997) to convert to a camper van and these folks have been great at helping me get this old thing road ready. I have more items to fix as my budget allows and this is where I plan on getting all the repairs done. James and Conner have been particularly nice to have on my side. Thanks guys.

This shop is a gem. Runs on old school work ethic that is hard to find these days. Team is highly professional and communicative. I needed a quick tire patch. They took my car in same day despite their full and overflowing schedule given the upcoming memorial weekend. Now I can hit the road in time for my birthday trip safely and worry free. These guys are on point! I had a great experience from the time I called in to the time I rolled out. They were totally transparent and not pushy about anything. I was having an issue with a low idle and when I got it back the first time, the problem was still there. I brought it back in and they bumped me to the front of the queue and even did the extra work for FREE! Kevin and his crew quickly got to the bottom of my non functioning front signals on our Jeep Wrangler. They had to order the part and will install as soon as it is in. Also easy to work remote while using their nice lounge.

I have been using this shop for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But last week I had an experience that amazed me. I had an issue with my car, brought it in, the guys did multiple checks and didn’t see anything wrong with it. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me I could come get it. Then a few days later I had another issue, they told me to bring it in right away and looked directly at it. It ended up there was a problem, they said it should be covered under warranty and advised me to call the dealer first. They made me feel super welcome, gave me specific tips and advice on how to speak with the dealer, and even arranged a tow truck to pick my car up. They didn’t charge anything for the time it took in helping me with all this and it really made me feel that they were looking out in my best interest as opposed to making money. It has reinforced once again my trust and commitment to always using this shop!
