I’ve read some reviews here, and yes, these folks are busy. The three times I’ve been in (oil changes, routine maintenance) they’ve been honest, fair, and seemingly a little hurried.
Most recently after a serpentine belt replacement, I could tell it needed adjusting as it was making some noise (not a good sign). Man on phone tried to push me to the following week, but I pushed back. He heard me and got me in that day. It was a quick fix, they did it with a smile and of course, no charge.
I trust their mechanics and their service managers. Clean waiting area with wifi, restroom, tv and free cans of soda.
They were super helpful in fixing a flat on my car. Went above and beyond and didn’t charge at the end. Super grateful for their professional service.
My ABS light was on for my Mustang I have taken the car to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I brought my car to the Art of Maintenance and within a couple hours they figured out what the problem was ended up taking out the ABS modular send it out to have it rebuilt.
