These guys are on point! I had a great experience from the time I called in to the time I rolled out. They were totally transparent and not pushy about anything. I was having an issue with a low idle and when I got it back the first time, the problem was still there. In October, just after I got a “new” used car, they ran a diagnostic on my SUV, contacted my after market warranty people, ordered the transfer case, did the repairs and checked on their work after I had it back a few weeks! Kevin and James answered all of my questions (which was a lot) so I could understand and were patient with my calling for updates.
