Kevin and his crew did an analysis of engine troubles that had led to an engine that was totally burned out. Though it was a surprising shock to hear that diagnosis, Kevin assisted us in locating a warranty extension that had been issued to the car. Without his help and research, we would not have been able to seek out and confirm that the car was covered under these conditions and that the manufacturer will replace the engine for no out-of-pocket cost to us. That is the kind of help that goes beyond the scope of regular work with customers. Alternator started going bad. Went in there at 3:00 pm by 4:00 pm the problem was fixed. Very nice people. One took my wife home while I waited for the repair.

I need my car for getting back and forth to work. So any problems that might come up is a major issue. I contacted Art of Maintenance and told them problem and my situation. I spoke to Kevin and he understood my situation. I was able to arrange for my vehicle to be taken to their shop where they quickly found the issue. Kevin called me back and gave the run down of the problem and the price of the repairs. The charges were reasonable and the repairs were done quickly and professionally. As a person who has over 35 years of customer service experience I can tell the difference between good and bad service. They delivered great service and was able to get the job done and me back on the road in the time they promised. I would use their again and recommend them as well.
Had a great experience at Art of Maintenance. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable and accommodated me the same day. They provide you with a report as well when you get your oil change of any other items you may want to address. That being said, they aren’t trying to upsell you on anything which is much appreciated.

My ABS light was on for my Mustang I have taken the car to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I brought my car to the Art of Maintenance and within a couple hours they figured out what the problem was ended up taking out the ABS modular send it out to have it rebuilt.
