Got the brakes diagnosed and replaced on my 1990 Mercedes. They did an excellent job diagnosing the brakes’ status, letting us know what was needed and then replaced as needed. They were timely, professional and didn’t try to ‘upsell’ us into more expensive work (a big, big PLUS!). We’ll be back.
This has been the go-to service shop for myself and my parents for almost a decade. They do top-quality work and make you feel welcome. They’ve even done work pro-bono that was covered under our Honda warranty so we didn’t have to drive the extra distance to get it serviced by our manufacturer. All in all, can’t think of a way for their service to be better while still being fair to their business. Great guys!

As a female that doesn’t know anything about car issues I never feel like they are going to take advantage. They explain the repairs so I can understand and let me know the cost upfront. 3/24/22 update: Thermostat replacement. Quoted over $900. Quote included replacing everything associated with thermostat like housing, sensor, ect. because I didn’t want to pay the $160 diagnostic to find out exactly what part wasn’t working. Did feel taken advantage of and did not leave my vehicle for the repair.
I have known Jody for 5 yrs and Andy for 1 yr and they are very trustworthy and REALLY care about getting the work done right the first time. They are very knowledgeable and it is great that the shop is now under their new management. I recommend highly.
