I have been coming to Art of Maintenance for over 6 years. They have always done excellent work. As a female that doesn’t know anything about car issues I never feel like they are going to take advantage. They explain the repairs so I can understand and let me know the cost upfront. They work with me to prioritize the repairs vs cost. They are great communicators as well. My car is a subaru. And the waiting room always smells really good! Ryan did and awesome job for me today and Kevin is always great!
Came in and to asked some questions Kevin and Conner both answer the questions for me I had them do an inspection on my brake system. The price was right so I went ahead and have them do it and I also got a great warranty three years 36,000 mile nationwide warranty matter fact. We went to AOM for what we thought was a power steering problem on our 2006 Toyota 4Runner. That’s what they diagnosed and replaced the rack and pinion. What we didn’t expect was that, on picking up the vehicle, the rear wiper would not work and it had since we bought the car last year. Returned it to Kevin who was able to re-program the wiper relay. Now the front end is quiet and the rear window can have rain cleared off. Thanks, guys.
