Bought a used car with a long service history at this shop, so I gave them a try.
I’ve read some reviews here, and yes, these folks are busy. The three times I’ve been in (oil changes, routine maintenance) they’ve been honest, fair, and seemingly a little hurried.
Most recently after a serpentine belt replacement, I could tell it needed adjusting as it was making some noise (not a good sign). Man on phone tried to push me to the following week, but I pushed back. He heard me and got me in that day. It was a quick fix, they did it with a smile and of course, no charge.
I trust their mechanics and their service managers. Clean waiting area with wifi, restroom, tv and free cans of soda.
These guys are great. They are honest, quick and they do good work. Customer service is outstanding as well!

I’ve been taking my Honda CRV to this place for the past couple years. Before that I would take it to the dealer, but got fed up when the dealer could not diagnose a starter issue (it was a tricky problem but Art of Maintenance was able to figure it out). Art of Maintenance has top notch mechanics. They are very customer service oriented, easy to talk to, and I feel have always given me good information, and taken good care of my car.
