Excellent customer service, very kind staff. My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!

My ABS light was on for my Mustang I have taken the car to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I brought my car to the Art of Maintenance and within a couple hours they figured out what the problem was ended up taking out the ABS modular send it out to have it rebuilt. I have been using this shop for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But last week I had an experience that amazed me. I had an issue with my car, brought it in, the guys did multiple checks and didn’t see anything wrong with it. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me I could come get it. Then a few days later I had another issue, they told me to bring it in right away and looked directly at it. It ended up there was a problem, they said it should be covered under warranty and advised me to call the dealer first. They made me feel super welcome, gave me specific tips and advice on how to speak with the dealer, and even arranged a tow truck to pick my car up. They didn’t charge anything for the time it took in helping me with all this and it really made me feel that they were looking out in my best interest as opposed to making money. It has reinforced once again my trust and commitment to always using this shop!
