My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. Very thorough and professional
I’ve been going here for years for electrical problems for my cars. There the place I recommend everyone for anything electrical but I purchased a new car the other day right down the street from them and they were willing to squeeze me in for a pre purchase inspection. Even though they were down one mechanic.
