My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!
I requested to see the spark plugs that they replaced and they also showed me the difference between a worn out spark plug and a new one.

These guys are on point! I had a great experience from the time I called in to the time I rolled out. They were totally transparent and not pushy about anything. I was having an issue with a low idle and when I got it back the first time, the problem was still there. I brought it back in and they bumped me to the front of the queue and even did the extra work for FREE! Whew! AOM saved our lives! Last day of road trip from California… get in car and tire is low! Pop into AOM and within moments they’re checking our tire and fixing it for FREE!! Some where on the trip we got a nail in the tire!! 20 minutes later and were back on the road!! Thank you tons!!!
