I just moved into the city for grad school and had been shopping around for a mechanic for my 4runner. The staff was friendly and respectful; which in my opinion is a great first step in looking for a reliable, trustworthy auto shop. They were very helpful and professional. Found a weird but easy to fix problem with our mini cooper and fixed it quick and without further charges. Also provided a complete health check for the car, estimates for future work, and checked in with us days later to make sure everything was ok. Will go to them again.
This shop is pretty dang amazing. They definitely went above and beyond with following through with my repair needs. Engine mounts are so finicky, especially aftermarket ones. Long story short my Element is back and ready for camping in the wilderness. The E drives smooth as the day I bought it. Thank you guys for your determination to resolve anything that comes your way!
