I went to them years ago (in ~2008), seeking a second opinion when Midas told me my 17-y-o car was headed for the scrapper. I took the car in and got a call later saying the car was mechanically fine, it just had “a good shake on it.” (It would vibrate all over when I was stopped at a red light.) I drove the car for two more years, then sold it to a friend, who drove it for another two years. Art of Maintenance gave me hope, and helped my car live as long as it possibly could. They were a knowledgable voice of reason and I will always appreciate them for that.

Art of Maintenance is the best! this place is convenient, friendly, and down right reasonable for me. This review is a bit late, but I visited in the summer of 2018. I got recommended to visit after my tire flattened with a nail and my cigarette lighter blew out. The crew squeezed my car in and immediately worked on it (I should mention it wasn’t too busy). I got my car back after a couple of hours with a perfect patched tire and fixed burned out fuse. Amazing! They were quick, responsive, and again FRIENDLY. I unfortunately forgot the gentlemen who helped me at the front counter. You guys rock! I am hoping to come check my car in sometime, but just wanted to show my appreciation for the help!

Got my car checked a few months later and customer service is great but they are like other places where they check for everything (which could be good) and try to get you to spend a lot of money to change parts and even major vehicle components. Basically went there for a checkup and emphasized I wanted an oil change. Ended up spending $100 with a list of things wrong and how I will need to spend thousands to fix my car. The part that got me down was the fact I didn’t get an oil change lol IF ONLY THERE WAS A SHOP THAT WAS ABLE TO BALANCE BETWEEN THINGS YOU “SHOULD” and “HAVE” TO GET. But hey it’s a business so you gotta be like that sometimes. I might go back if my car ever needs those changes. Again they are nice people tho!

I’ve been using Art of Maintenance for tire services for years. They’re great. Recently found 2 nails in my tire on a Sunday afternoon, dropped the car off at the shop and they got it fixed the next morning. They periodically text me to ask if I need any services. Dropped vehicle off one day. Came back by to get an estimate about when it would be finished, and it had already been completed.
We got a flat and they put the spare on for no cost. They told us that they were unable to source the tire we needed same day and that it would be cheaper to go to CostCo! They were so sweet and helpful. Very trustworthy.

One shop told me I needed new brakes and I brought to Art of Maintenance for second quote and they said I was good for a while longer on brakes even though it meant loss of business for them.
