I have been using this shop for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But last week I had an experience that amazed me. I had an issue with my car, brought it in, the guys did multiple checks and didn’t see anything wrong with it. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me I could come get it. Then a few days later I had another issue, they told me to bring it in right away and looked directly at it. It ended up there was a problem, they said it should be covered under warranty and advised me to call the dealer first. They made me feel super welcome, gave me specific tips and advice on how to speak with the dealer, and even arranged a tow truck to pick my car up. They didn’t charge anything for the time it took in helping me with all this and it really made me feel that they were looking out in my best interest as opposed to making money. It has reinforced once again my trust and commitment to always using this shop!
