I have gone to this place a few times in the past, I had interacted with Kevin each time I was there. It was the holiday season and they where a little busy, I needed new breaks and new parts for the engine, originally it was thought that I’d be ready in January 3rd, unfortunately I was to move out of Portland on the 1st so I needed my car. I explained the situation to Kevin who was very professional and transparent, he was able to get things fixed for me sooner so that I’d be able to move out on time. Itd be easy for other people in his position to just throw their hands up and say “it is what it is” but he went the extra mile to as helpful and dexterous as possible, which shows that which shows that Art of Maintenance is committed to helping their customers.
