I’ve read some reviews here, and yes, these folks are busy. The three times I’ve been in (oil changes, routine maintenance) they’ve been honest, fair, and seemingly a little hurried.
Most recently after a serpentine belt replacement, I could tell it needed adjusting as it was making some noise (not a good sign). Man on phone tried to push me to the following week, but I pushed back. He heard me and got me in that day. It was a quick fix, they did it with a smile and of course, no charge.
I trust their mechanics and their service managers. Clean waiting area with wifi, restroom, tv and free cans of soda.

They were very professional and managed to replace the gas tank and return my truck to me the same day! These guys are on point! I had a great experience from the time I called in to the time I rolled out. They were totally transparent and not pushy about anything. I was having an issue with a low idle and when I got it back the first time, the problem was still there. I brought it back in and they bumped me to the front of the queue and even did the extra work for FREE!
