Power Steering Flush

I have been using this shop for years and have always been really pleased with the service. But last week I had an experience that amazed me. I had an issue with my car, brought it in, the guys did multiple checks and didn’t see anything wrong with it. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me I could come get it. Then a few days later I had another issue, they told me to bring it in right away and looked directly at it. It ended up there was a problem, they said it should be covered under warranty and advised me to call the dealer first. They made me feel super welcome, gave me specific tips and advice on how to speak with the dealer, and even arranged a tow truck to pick my car up. They didn’t charge anything for the time it took in helping me with all this and it really made me feel that they were looking out in my best interest as opposed to making money. It has reinforced once again my trust and commitment to always using this shop!

I love this place! Kevin was very up front and explained what all is involved in replacing an engine. They called every time they found something that was better, or wrong and offered me options. They kept me up to date with the progress and even cleaned my truck. They were very patient with me as I tried to make this huge payment with multiple accounts and even stayed after they were closed to go over what to not do, and what to do to maintaine the engine integrity. Excellent customer service, very kind staff. My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!

I brought my car into the shop due to a condensation clogged and the same day i turned it in I noticed the light for a tire that was a little low came on. The tire is fine but I was interested to see if they would put some air in the tire and they did not. They fixed my main issue so good enough in my book, but wish they helped a little more for the amount paid.

The Art of Maintenance team got our old pickup back on the road after someone destroyed the ignition trying to steal it. They also did an oil change, tuneup and took care of some deferred maintenance issues. Great communication during the diagnostic stage, did what they said they would do and had all the work done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire, so I Googled tire repair, and Art of Maintenance was close, so I dropped in. They took the tire, and within minutes had it repaired and I was on my way. Great professional team!

This has been the go-to service shop for myself and my parents for almost a decade. They do top-quality work and make you feel welcome. They’ve even done work pro-bono that was covered under our Honda warranty so we didn’t have to drive the extra distance to get it serviced by our manufacturer. All in all, can’t think of a way for their service to be better while still being fair to their business. Great guys!
