My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. 3/24/22 update: Thermostat replacement. Quoted over $900. Quote included replacing everything associated with thermostat like housing, sensor, ect. because I didn’t want to pay the $160 diagnostic to find out exactly what part wasn’t working. Did feel taken advantage of and did not leave my vehicle for the repair.
The Art of Maintenance team got our old pickup back on the road after someone destroyed the ignition trying to steal it. They also did an oil change, tuneup and took care of some deferred maintenance issues. Great communication during the diagnostic stage, did what they said they would do and had all the work done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
