Had my oil pan replaced yesterday. Amazingly fast service! They also did a complete vehicle checkup on this older car and gave some tips on what needs to be done to keep everything working. Got more than I expected and paid less than quote. 5 stars for sure. Will use them again.

I’ve taken two of my old, abused, neglected cars to these guys and they have done a fantastic job. The price tag was $$$ but that was not really a surprise given the condition of the vehicles.
They are professional, friendly and very thorough. Communication was great, I always felt like I knew what the plan was. The most recent vehicle was from 1989 and they went above and beyond to find, even fabricate, parts.

This has been the go-to service shop for myself and my parents for almost a decade. They do top-quality work and make you feel welcome. They’ve even done work pro-bono that was covered under our Honda warranty so we didn’t have to drive the extra distance to get it serviced by our manufacturer. All in all, can’t think of a way for their service to be better while still being fair to their business. Great guys!
Excellent customer service, very kind staff. My car broke down a few days before Christmas while I was in the middle of driving back from a trip to Seattle and they were able to get me in during the pre-holiday rush. They went above and beyond and did a full diagnosis of all the maintenance and repairs my car needed, and informed me of everything, not just the problem that I brought it in for. Even though I decided not to repair the car, all of the staff I talked to throughout my entire experience was so kind and gracious! Felt like small town service in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!

Had to get the breaks on my car looked at. It was very easy to bring my car there, just had to drop it off whenever was convenient for me. All of the staff was very gracious and nice. As a woman, I have had experiences in the past where men at mechanic shops have been patronizing and mansplain me, but this did NOT happen here. Everyone there treated me with respect and it was very refreshing. Service was fast and I was able to pick my car up the next day. The office is very nice inside and they have a very welcoming customer lounge. All in all it was a very good experience and I’m very very happy with the work that was done on my car. I highly recommend to everyone!!! :))
