This is the only place I bring both of my cars to have work done, they are honest about what needs to be done and I also get a copy of the machine read out sent to my phone. The manager Kevin is knowledgeable has always taken care of any issue questions I may have and explains it so I understand unlike other place I tried in the past where they would talk down to me like I’m just another dumb female bothering them. 3/24/22 update: Thermostat replacement. Quoted over $900. Quote included replacing everything associated with thermostat like housing, sensor, ect. because I didn’t want to pay the $160 diagnostic to find out exactly what part wasn’t working. Did feel taken advantage of and did not leave my vehicle for the repair.
My experience with Art of Maintenance was one of the best I’ve ever had in working with a mechanic! Kevin was honest, straight forward and got my car in and out for a great price and GREAT work. You know your car never breaks down on a good day but when my car broke down in Portland these guys helped make a bad day better true professionals they helped Comfort my wife and my dog. we were traveling out of town .
